Dr. Simone Whitmore's relationship with husband Cecil Whitmore is better than ever these days, but it was only last season of Married to Medicine that the couple was dealing with the aftermath of their separation and ultimate reconciliation.

How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine now streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Part of the strain on Dr. Simone and Cecil's marriage was due to his friendship with a woman named Tammy. In fact, it was Cecil's decision to have dinner with Tammy on his birthday that eventually drove Dr. Simone to file for divorce. "I begged him not to go. I had a stressful week, my uncle was in the hospital fighting for his life, and the fact that he walked out even knowing all of that, it was probably one of the most devastating blows I had ever experienced with him in 22 years," Dr. Simone said in one episode last season of Married to Medicine. "I told Cecil as he was walking out the door, 'If you leave, you cannot come back here.' He said, 'OK.' He left, and I filed for divorce two days later."

Andy Cohen inquired about the status of Cecil and Tammy's friendship today during the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show on Sunday night. "And Tammy? Rest in peace?" he asked Dr. Simone after she talked about moving back in with Cecil and selling the South House, looking for confirmation that her husband's relationship with his pal is over.

"Bye, Felicia," the Married to Medicine OBGYN appeared to answer in the affirmative.

Dr. Simone's fellow WWHL guest Toya Bush-Harris also gave a very Mariah Carey-esque, "Who?"

The Married to Medicine couple seemed to finally be able to move on from Tammy during a therapy session with Dr. Ken last season. "I am sorry for bringing a friend into our marriage," Cecil said. "I know how much it hurt her, and I am wrong for it, and I'm sorry."

"Your apology is accepted, and I truly am moving forward," Dr. Simone said in response during the episode. "Cecil is finally acknowledging the pain and hurt that he caused me. It's all I wanted."
