Kory Keefer Reveals the Key Difference Between Sam Feher and Jessica Stocker

When Samantha Feher said she could see her relationship with Kory Keefer “go[ing] the distance” on the Summer House Season 7 finale, perhaps she meant that in more ways than one. Why? Because as the couple shared during Part 2 of the reunion, they’re still together to this day and it’s on a long-distance basis. 

The revelation came with an interesting question from host Andy Cohen, though — one that just so happened to reference Kory’s previous relationship with his Winter House castmate Jessica Stocker.

Kory and Sam’s Relationship vs. Kory and Jessica’s Relationship

Asked Andy, “This summer, you were worried about doing long distance since Sam lives in New York and you live in South Carolina. That’s a similar worry that you had with Jess. Why does long distance work with Sam but it didn’t work with Jess?”

Kory’s answer was simple: “’Cause I actually like Sam.”

The tongue-in-cheek response came after Sam was also asked about Kory and Jessica.

Sam’s Thoughts on Kory and Jessica’s Relationship

Coincidentally, Sam and Kory got together around the time Winter House Season 2 premiered — meaning that just as they were growing closer IRL, Kory and Jessica were doing the same on the show (which had obviously been filmed months prior). “We started dating when, like, the Jess stuff was going on TV,” Sam said back in April, explaining that they were keeping their own relationship under wraps at the time. “We have dated through rumors about him hooking up with other people online, and I’ve just kind of, like, sat it out, had to, like, wait my turn. So it’s nice to kind of finally be like, yeah, it’s been — it’s me! It’s been me. I’m here.”

And moving forward, she and Kory are only looking to the future, not the past. “At the end of the day, everybody has exes,” Sam said. “Like, everybody’s got those relationships.”

Speaking of relationships, Kory could’ve found himself in one with another Summer House cast member: Ciara Miller. 

Kory’s Reaction to Ciara Having a Crush on Him

A flashback clip played at the reunion showing Ciara telling Mya Allen that she’d be down to hook up with Kory (who was single at the time). Responding, Kory explained, “Ciara and I have a very flirty relationship, and I guess I just kind of didn’t read into it that she was flirting more. But it’s very flattering to see someone say, ‘I wanna make out with you.’”

Watching it back, Kory said he “literally had no idea” Ciara felt that way. Turning to her, he noted, “You didn’t pursue that at all! I did not see that whatsoever.”

Where Sam and Kory’s Relationship Stands Today

The couple is, by all accounts, still going strong. Sam even shared one super sweet way she and Kory keep the romance alive. “After filming wrapped, he told me he had all the photos from his film camera that he carries around, and I was like, ‘Great, send me them.’ And he was like, ‘I need an excuse to talk to you every day,’” Sam explained. “So instead of having the one moment where he sent me the whole folder, every single day, to this day, I still get one photo a day when we’re not together.”
