Kyle and the real estate mogul purchased the latter La Quinta property back in 2014, and it's served as a place where a few of the cast members stayed during a group trip on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11.

During an exclusive chat with The Daily Dish back in February, Kyle opened up about her Palm Springs house.

Kyle Richards Shares Details on Her Palm Springs House

Though the home has six bedrooms and just under 6,000 square feet of living space, Kyle shared that she loves when her family members and guests can congregate in the same room.

When asked about her favorite spaces in all three of her homes, Kyle had one answer: her living/family rooms.

"In La Quinta, it's the main family room, because we get up and have our coffee and everyone just kind of meets there around the TV and the fireplace," she said. The room has been prominently featured on RHOBH, as the ladies gathered there for coffee, drinks, and hangout time during their Season 11 trip.

The now-estranged spouses purchased the 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom property in 2014 for a reported $2.35 million. The kitchen — where Kyle and sister Kathy Hilton shared a fun exchange about a grill brush — features wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven.

Though Kyle enjoys spending time in her living room, the backyard of the Palm Springs property is a paradise in and of itself with a pool and hot tub. Kyle, Mauricio, and their four daughters can seamlessly enjoy indoor and outdoor living thanks to doors that open completely from the living room.
