Lynne Curtin's Daughter Alexa Curtin Was Arrested and Taken into Custody
The RHOC alum's daughter is currently in Orange County jail.
Lynne Curtin's daughter Alexa Curtin was arrested and taken into custody earlier this week.
The 26-year-old was arrested on July 21 and taken to Central Women's Jail, according to online records from the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Her bail has been set at $65,000. She is set to appear in court on August 2, the records say.
This is the latest in some recent legal trouble for Lynne's daughter. Alexa was arrested and taken to jail in January on two misdemeanor drug charges. She was released the next day after posting bond.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum's daughter has faced several other misdemeanor drug, vandalism, and petty theft charges, as well as a driving under the influence of a drug charge over the past few years. She has also had multiple warrants out for her arrest after missing court dates last year and this year, according to The Blast.
Alexa filed for divorce from her husband, Michael DeVecchio, after six years of marriage, in May. Their divorce is set to be final on November 16, 2019.
The news of Alexa's divorce came after Lynne filed for divorce from her husband, Frank Curtin, for a second time in April. Lynne first filed for divorce from Frank in 2012, but neither party took action for five years, so it was dismissed by a judge in late 2017, leaving the two still married, TMZ reported at the time.
Alexa appeared on RHOC with her mom in Seasons 4 and 5. Lynne is also mom to Alexa's older sister Raquel Curtin, who now goes by the name Suttin.
