"I have two teenage daughters, Sami and Lola, and their father is Charlie Sheen," she explained in the episode. "And then I have a daughter, Eloise. She's 7 and I adopted her when she was born as a single mom."

Denise's parenting style? Loving—and strict.

“I think that my daughters will tell you that I’m a strict parent,” Denise told People in July 2019 while her first season as a full-time Housewife was airing. “I definitely have rules and boundaries and there are consequences.”

From Denise's co-parenting relationships to her daughters' own lives, here's what to know about the RHOBH alum's three lovely daughters, Sami, Lola, and Eloise.

Denise Richards' Daughter Sami Sheen

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen Have Different Ideas When It Comes to Their Daughter Dating

Denise's eldest daughter, Sami, was born in 2004. Fans might remember her first RHOBH drama, when the then-high school student and her mom discussed why she wasn't allowed to date until she turned 16—a rule Denise's parents also put into place—in Season 9 Episode 2.

"You guys are so freaking strict," Sami told her mom during the episode (you can watch the scene above!) before calling her dad for a second opinion. "Now I want a boyfriend because you told me I can't have one."

In addition to her sweet 16, which has now come and gone, Sami has celebrated plenty of milestones over the years. In September 2019, she received her driver's permit. Then there was the time she dyed her hair blue (and pulled it off perfectly) in March 2020. In April 2023, she was even sweet enough to surprise her mom with a new puppy, gifted by way of Easter basket.

“My daughter brought a surprise [and] adopted this lil one for me," Denise wrote via Instagram when sharing news of the pup. "His name is Maverick after Tommy Cruise in [Top Gun] obviously. He’s a little buttercup, we love him already. Have a wonderful Easter.”

Where is Sami Sheen now?

Now 19, Sami spends most of her time at home in Malibu and in Hawaii, according to her Instagram. A fan of tattoos, film photography, and electronic music festivals, she kicked off her own modeling career when she joined the website OnlyFans in June 2022, according to People.

While Sami's decision to start an OnlyFans initially made headlines, Denise showed support (and even went on to make an account of her own).

“I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has," Denise wrote in part in a June 2022 Instagram post. “To be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years and I still sometimes struggle.”

Denise Richards' Daughter Lola Sheen

Lola Rose Sheen was born in 2005. A bit more private than her older sister, Lola was a middle schooler when her mom first joined RHOBH. In June 2020, she graduated to high school after a year full of Zoom classes.

Over the years, as Lola has helped her mother with everything from fashion advice to chasing adventures (the pair once ziplined together in Hawaii), Denise has described her secondborn daughter as a social butterfly, sweet, compassionate, funny, and strong.

Where is Lola Sheen now?

While Lola gives rare life updates on her own Instagram feed, fans can be certain the California girl is having fun in the sun.

In June 2023, Denise shared a tribute to Lola via her Instagram page on the event of her daughter's 18th birthday.

"Happy 18th Birthday my Lola girl! I can’t believe you’re 18," she wrote. "It went by so fast."

"I’m so proud of you & you are amazing & beautiful & I love your heart so much," the proud mom added. "You’re beginning a new chapter & the best is yet to come."

"I love you so much mom you mean everything to me," the Lola replied in the posts comments, which also showcased birthday wishes from Denise's former cast mates Garcelle Beauvais and Camille Grammer.

Denise Richards' Daughter Eloise Richards

In an interview with The Local Moms Network, Denise opened up about adopting her third daughter, Eloise Joni Richards, as a single mom in 2011.

"To me it feels like I always had Eloise — there’s no difference between an adopted child or biological child, or Eloise and my older daughters," she said. "I’ve always believed that we choose our parents and she just chose me another way. She’s my daughter and she’s a part of me."

In May 2023, Eloise turned 12 years old, and Denise celebrated her animal-loving girl with a sweet birthday tribute.

"I can’t believe you’re 12! We love you so much," Denise wrote via Instagram. "You’re an angel & teach us so much. We love you so much. Happy Birthday girlie!!!"

Eloise Richards' Diagnosis

Denise Richards Breaks Down While Talking About Daughter Eloise

Eloise has a chromosomal disorder, which caused some developmental delays.

"She has a deletion in Chromosome 8, which has caused many delays with her," the mom of three explained during the RHOBH Season 9 reunion. "It's caused a lot with speech, development."

Denise and her current husband, Aaron Phypers have always been there to support their daughter. While on the show, Denise shared that Aaron was in the process of legally adopting Eloise. However, plans were delayed after the pair lost important documents in the California wildfires.

"We're waiting for her birth certificate 'cause you need a birth certificate to say you want to adopt a child. But Eloise adores Aaron," Denise said during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 After Show in July 2019.

Denise Richards' Co-Parenting Relationship with Charlie Sheen

Denise and Charlie were married for four-and-a-half years, initially meeting on the set of a film in 2000.

"I just feel like I f-cked up a lot with their dad. I don't want them to look back at their childhood and remember [fighting]," Denise said during Season 9 Episode 11 of RHOBH. "My girls have been through a lot. How I chose to relate to the dysfunction that was going on with their father was to hide it from the kids."

Nevertheless, she's always tried to act in her daughters' best interest.

"No matter what was going on with Charlie over the years, I wanted to maintain peace, and I didn’t want the girls to be privy to any discord — that meant never fighting in front of them or talking negatively in front of them about their father. Even during challenging times, I never wanted them to feel in the middle or think dad badly about their dad," Denise told The Local Mom's Network. "Parents have to come together, even if they don’t want to be in the same room, for their kids. Suck it up — because they didn’t ask to be born into a family that splits and shouldn’t have to deal with parents at each other’s throats. I’m not one where you bash your ex in front of your children. It’s very disrespectful to the kids."

Denise Richards' Husband Aaron Phypers

Aaron and Denise began dating in December 2017 and were married on September 8, 2018 in Malibu, in a wedding featured on Season 9 of RHOBH.

Denise told The Daily Dish at the time, "I am so happy to officially be married to the love of my life."

He works in frequency medicine, a type of holistic medicine that Denise attempted to explain during Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show,

"He doesn't touch you or anything, it's not stuff like that," she said. "It's light and sound therapy."

“How he described what is going on is Ella Fitzgerald sings and breaks glass, right? The frequency breaks that," she added. "So frequency can also break down different things going on. It's not cuckoo weird sh-t; it's like been around for hundreds of years, holistic medicine, all over the world."

The duo met at Aaron’s frequency medicine center, according to Denise.
