Dorinda Medley Has a Surprising Update on How She Feels About Tinsley Mortimer Today
The RHUGT cast member and RHONY alum also shared an update on her friendship with Ramona Singer.
To say that things between Tinsley Mortimer and Dorinda Medley were tense back in Season 12 of The Real Housewives of New York City might be the ultimate understatement. So some fans might be wondering how Dorinda feels about her fellow RHONY alum today, just given how intense things were between them at that time.
Well, Dorinda revealed all when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on June 30.
“Absolutely, I would have [done this season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip if Tinsley were on it]. I like Tinsley,” she said. “Listen, we just had a bad season. But I talked to Tinsley right after she broke up with her fiancé, and she seems very happy and doing great. And I wish Tinsley all kinds of wellness. And we’re on a show, you move on. The one thing I always say is a great Housewife is someone who can do their thing and move on. Just keep it moving.”
In fact, it does look as if Tinsley is living her best life these days (along with her adorable dogs!), based on several recent Instagrams.
Speaking of the notion of keeping it moving, Andy Cohen noted that fans wanted to know “How you and Ramona [Singer] are? Did you guys ever get back on track?”
Dorinda said that while they did not, “I’ve been thinking about Ramona a lot ’cause we had such a long friendship. Ramona’s the one that introduced me to Bravo, coming on the show, so we always have to be thankful to Ramona Singer for that.”
These days you can catch Dorinda, as well as her fellow WWHL guest Phaedra Parks, on Peacock’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club. Season 2 of Peacock’s RHUGT is streaming now, with a new episode available to stream each Thursday. Of course, fans can also binge Season 1 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip on Peacock now.
Dorinda opened up about her RHUGT experience during her appearance on WWHL this week, which you can check out in the show highlight at the top of this post. BTW, this season just so happens to take place at Dorinda’s iconic Berkshires home, Bluestone Manor, which, of course, has always been host to some wild times.
