In April 2022, Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker revealed that Riley Burruss had moved into an amazing apartment in a "prime area" of New York City without a roommate. As Todd put it at the time, "Riley is living the New York American dream."

However, The Real Housewives of Atlanta couple had some thoughts on the tidiness of Riley's abode.

"It's a mess," Kandi said at the time. "I was in there trying to help her clean up, that's how bad it was. And mind you, I need somebody to help me clean up... It was a wreck."

Todd had a different perspective. "She's young, hanging out. You get home late, dah dah dah," he said. "School, you know."

More recently, Riley revealed she's about to make another big move to a new apartment in NYC.

Riley Burruss reacts to Todd Tucker's New Jersey condo

Although Kandi, who recently announced her departure from RHOA, and Todd primarily live in Atlanta, they also have a residence not too far from Riley in New Jersey. On Season 14 of RHOA, Todd told Kandi that they should keep the condo he once shared with an ex because it would be “another piece to add to the portfolio” for their kids. However, on a May 2022 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Riley explained that she’s not interested in living there.

At BravoCon 2022, Riley was asked if she had a change of heart about the condo, and she responded, “No, I have my own apartment in Manhattan. I could not live that far.” Still, she admitted, “I will be going there. Maybe I’ll throw a few parties there once it’s renovated.”

Todd quickly called Riley out for her comments, asking with a laugh, “Wait, wait, did she just shade where it’s located, like ‘all the way in Jersey,’ but she’s gonna throw parties there?”
