Scheana & Lala Explain Why Girls' Trips to Las Vegas "Look a Little Different These Days"
Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Shay and Lala Kent spend their time in Sin City a little differently than they have in the past.
Schena Shay and Lala Kent are longtime pals, and their friendship has taken them on several girls' trips together. However, these days, the Vanderpump Rules besties are doing things a little differently — and they have two adorable reasons why.
To back up, neither Scheana nor Lala is a stranger to Las Vegas. Through countless trips to Sin City, both of them have had major celebrations there. In 2018, Scheana rang in her 33rd birthday with a series of epic birthday dinners, including a lavish spread of sushi, mini tacos, cocktails, and more at Beauty & Essex and an over-the-top unicorn cake that was wearing its own pearl necklace. Lala has also partied there, even after she became steadfastly committed to her sober lifestyle. In 2019, the Give Them Lala mogul celebrated the opening of Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant, Vanderpump Vegas with her pals. "I have a champagne flute full of sparkling water, and I have a short glass full of pineapple juice," she told BravoTV.com at the time. But these days, it's less about the partying and more about the pool toys.

In an October 8 Instagram share, Scheana posted a photo of herself and Lala, along with their respective daughters Summer and Ocean, at a pool at a Nevada resort. "Girls trips to Vegas look a little different these days," the mama wrote.
In the photo, Scheana and Lala both wore bikinis and ample sun protection in the form of sunglasses and baseball caps. Splashing around in the pool beneath them were their two girls, who were both wearing little pink swimsuits with colorful patterns.
Though this recent Vegas trip may not look like the ones Lala and Scheana took in their past, this isn't the first time their littles have gone on vacation together — or dressed alike. In fact, now that the two Vanderpump Rules mamas own neighboring homes in Palm Springs, their two families have tons of getaways together.
Back in May, Lala shared adorable pictures of Ocean and Summer posing in coordinated outfits in the desert town. Both of the cutie pies were standing outside on a sunlit pool deck, showing their affinity for BFF style.
The kiddos were wearing plush white bathrobes with an oceanic theme. Starfish, lobsters, and whales danced across both the printed robes, which the tots wore with bare feet and a smile. Ocean and Summer also wore the same giant white bow for their poolside hang.
Next up, Lala and Scheana will find themselves back in Las Vegas for BravoCon 2023, set to take place in Sin City November 3, 4, and 5.
