The Chew Reunion Is Actually Happening!

The Chew's Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly, and Michael Symon can't stay apart.

By Tamara Palmer

Carla Hall is getting the band back together! The former host of The Chew (and Bravo's Top Chef alum) is currently on a book-signing and cooking demo tour to celebrate the upcoming release of her new cookbook Carla Hall’s Soul Food: Everyday and Celebration — and that's not the only treat she has up her sleeve. Now we know the chef has also planned a special reunion with her former co-hosts on The Chew, Michael Symon and Clinton Kelly.

Fans — heartbroken over the show's cancellation — will want to know how to find the trio together again: You can tune in to this special yet unofficial reunion of The Chew crew on October 22 at the show's old time slot of 1 p.m. EST, but instead of watching ABC, you'll catch this session live on each of their Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Clinton recently revealed that the three have stayed in near constant contact via text message, and have a lot of fond memories of shooting as a trio.

"When it got down to Michael, Carla, and I there was something about when it was just the three of us," he told Closer. "Almost every day we would crack up laughing, like belly laughter." Clinton shared an example of a blooper he made while doing a segment. "I was [once] talking about like cocktails and we were doing a bar crawl and I think I said something like 'next stop is a gay bar' and I didn't mean to say that. And Michael was like 'did you just say gay bar?' And we were laughing so hard, the three of us, we couldn’t breathe!"

Carla also recently revealed that since the show, she has communicated with Mario Batali, sexual assault allegations against whom led to The Chew's cancellation.
