Riley Burruss' "spooky" fall look
On October 29, Riley took to her Instagram page to share a carousel of photos detailing her fabulous fall look. "[Spooky] [season]," she captioned the post, calling attention to not just the Halloween decor in the background, but her autumnal outfit that definitely caught our eye.
In the snaps, Riley rocked a floor-length black leather capsleeve dress that featured tiered detailing on the skirt. As for her accessories, Riley carried a black purse and wore a white beaded necklace, gold necklace, and large square-cut ring on her finger.
Moreover, the New York resident topped off her look with a bejewed manicure and gorgeous fall glam, donning bronzey-rosey cheeks and a burnt red lip color.
In addition to proud mom Kandi lovingly writing, "My [heart]!" in the comments section, Kandi's husband and Riley's stepfather, Todd Tucker, gushed, "Love the natural look!!!"
Todd was likely referring to Riley's natural hair switch she recently showed off.
Riley Burruss reveals her new natural hairstyle
Over the past few years, the Riley has changed up her look in numerous ways, from waist-length micro braids to long black locks to deep crimson strands, and more.
More recently, the Georgia native ditched her last 'do (long braids) to embrace her curls. “She’s natural now,” Riley captioned a September 23 Instagram Story that showed off her shorter hairstyle.
While she's been loving the change, she revealed in a TikTok video it’s taken some time getting used to.
“I also took out my braids the other day, like, randomly — knowing that I don’t actually know how to do my real hair,” she said in the video. “So the past couple of days have been a real journey. The past few days have consisted of me asking my mom, ‘OK, how do I — what should I do when I go to sleep? Should I twist it? Should I brush it?’ I have a million questions and she’s sending me a million products.”
Riley added that styling her natural hair has also been somewhat time-consuming, making her late to a few events.
“I’m not used to that. I [used to] throw on a wig and go,” she continued. “But now it’s, like, OK I have to brush my hair out, unbraid it, brush it, put products on it — it’s a lot.”
