Teddi Says to "Stay Away From" These 2 Foods If You Want to Eat Clean

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is an open book when it comes to her methods for staying fit. Along with her daily exercise routine, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mama sticks to a clean eating regimen. In the past, Teddi has shared what she tends to eat on a daily basis, including oatmeal, arugula-and-lentil salads, and soup dinners. But she's also shared what she doesn't eat.

In a recent Ask Me Anything session on Instagram Stories, a follower asked Teddi which foods and drinks she suggests staying away from. Her rule of thumb? "Try to stay away from white carbs and processed foods," the Beverly Hills mama said. But she was quick to add: "If you're eating relatively clean, you're doing a good job." 

Teddi's still human, though. On her husband Edwin's birthday, the family celebrated with a gorgeous cheesecake. And the All In By Teddi founder allows herself to have some cocktails when she's filming RHOBH. She also eats an Atomic Fireball every day. It's just that early the next morning, she's pedaling away on her bike.
