The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof just celebrated a birthday, and judging from her cake alone, it looks like it was a glamorous celebration indeed.
Adrienne shared photos of her birthday cake on Instagram, and it took us a second to drink it all in. Here's the breakdown: There are three tiers, in alternating flavors of chocolate and vanilla. Each tier is draped in strands of pearls (edible, we're assuming), and the cake is topped with a sparkling rendition of Adrienne's initials. The cake is also festooned with a strand of red and blue flowers, and it has a satiny base.
