Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Reveals What She Does to Manage Cravings When She's "Starving" at Night
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach gave a bit of a trick answer to a fan's diet question.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave took to her Instagram Stories to answer some fans' questions about her approach to fitness and diet — and she gave one particular answer that sounds pretty close to foolproof, if perhaps a little unsatisfying. But we'll let The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach tell it in her own words!
The question posed to Teddi from a follower was: "Do you eat a healthy late-night snack if your [sic] starving, or just tough it out and go to sleep?"
The answer, it turns out, is a little of both.
"I normally have a hot water with lemon or tea before sleep," Teddi replied. If you're keeping score at home, those "snacks" are nearly zero calories. But! They're certainly cozy and comforting at bedtime. And go to bed is exactly what Teddi intends to do before many adults in her time zone.
She continued, "Most nights I go to sleep an hour after my kids so not 2 many late nights in general. I am up very early in morning, so by 9 pm I am out."
So Teddi's main way to avoid cravings at night... is to be asleep! But when she gets up in the morning, this is the first thing she consumes. (Hint: It has zero calories, too.)
