Teresa Giudice Threw Her BF Louie the Most Incredible 47th Birthday Party

Teresa Giudice definitely knows how to throw an epic birthday party. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has a long history of hosting some amazing celebrations for her family and friends — and most recently, her boyfriend, Luis "Louie" Ruelas.
In typical fashion, Teresa pulled out all the stops to celebrate her beau’s 47th birthday, hosting a swanky dinner party at her New Jersey home. The mom of four took to Instagram to share a peek inside the glamorous festivities, which included plenty of delicious food and some gorgeous décor.
As captured in a series of snapshot posted on April 24, Teresa decked out her house for the occasion, outfitting the hallways with candles, roses, and a slew of silver, black and gold balloons spelling out Louie’s name. To complete the elegant atmosphere, Teresa adorned her dining room table with a stunning floral runner bursting with red and pink roses and long, taper candles to accent the golden-trimmed place settings.
"Happy Birthday @louiearuelas loved celebrating your birthday with you & your family hope you enjoyed everything. I adore you," Teresa captioned one photo.
Teresa also shared a peek at the mouth-watering eats they enjoyed, including a decadent charcuterie board and a lavish, three-tier cake.
