Dina Manzo has big plans for 2024.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum returned to social media on Thursday (January 5) to share a few updates on both her home and professional life. Dina confirmed she’s been spending a lot of time on the East Coast as she and her husband, automotive industry mogul Dave Cantin, finish setting up their new Southern California home. The mother of one shared the information during an Instagram Q&A session with fans.
“Yes, we have a beach house in FL, we split our time,” she wrote in a Story, which provided a peek at the abode. “I usually don’t post but we moved and the security is top notch now so I feel more comfortable.”
Does Dina Manzo plan on returning to New Jersey?
After living in Orange County for several years, Dina and Dave purchased a beautiful estate in Montecito, California, an unincorporated town just outside Santa Barbara. The home, which reportedly cost the couple $16 million, is described as a 6,000-square-foot Tuscan-style villa that boasts five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and stunning Pacific views.
When asked if she preferred Montecito over the OC, Dina responded with an enthusiastic, “Yes!!!”
“I’ve always wanted to be in Montecito,” she said when pressed about her decision to move.
Although Dina is clearly enjoying her life in California, one fan asked if she missed anything about New Jersey. “My mom,” she replied, before stating she had no plans to move back to the Garden State. "It's not for me."
