See How Alexis Bellino and Her Kids Have Settled into Their Gorgeous “Happy Home”
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum found a beautiful house for her family.
Since her divorce, Alexis Bellino has been moving on as a single mom, creating a new home life for her three kids. When her marriage ended, Alexis left her mansion (that is currently still on the market for $6.988 million) and moved into a nearby home in San Juan Capistrano.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum confirmed her joy with the new place less than a year ago, shortly after she moved in with her kids, posting a video of her family having a blast in their new digs. “We are 80% moved in. Still waiting on some furniture and lots of accessorizing left to do, but this is one happy home,” she wrote on Instagram.
Working with her designer @danapointdi1, Alexis has slowly but surely transformed the beautiful, four-bedroom house into a family home. Let’s take a tour, shall we?
Wrought iron double doors greet guests after they've walked up the brick pathway, which Alexis was more than happy to decorate for Halloween last year.
A grand staircase (with an amazing neutral runner!) anchors the two-story entryway and is often the spot for family photos — or in this case, statement-making selfies!
While most would dub the room flanking the entryway as the living or great room, Alexis fondly calls it the playroom. Why? Because she made it one! No, it's not your standard playroom, as it's got a crystal chandelier, a shuffle puck table, a grand piano, and a mirrored coffee table.
The Family Room
If the home's front room is for the kids, the second living area is decidedly for the family. Featuring a huge sectional couch, the room can fit Alexis, her kids, her new boyfriend, AND lots of friends.
The "Happy" Home!
Alexis and her kids prove that love is all you need... and a pool helps, too, lol.
That Open Floor Plan!
What's every home buyer looking for these days? An open floor plan! Alexis got just that with this home, which seamlessly flows from the playroom to the family room and right into that gorgeous, all-white kitchen.
Alexis worked with her designer to place oversized letters over her daughter's bed.
A Custom Closet
When she's not being mom of the year, Alexis loves her an #OOTD. Not only does her custom closet have shoe racks for days, but it also has an island chock full of drawers. Talk about goals!
In addition to a beautiful pool, Alexis has a covered patio, a bar, a BBQ (with a fireplace, too!), and room for an outdoor table where she hosted a gorgeous Thanksgiving dinner.
