Heather Dubrow Just Made a Bold Claim About Her Future Home
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared some exciting "news" about her next house.
Although Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Orange County was filled with everything from relationship drama to friendship changes, there were also plenty of sweet moments, exciting milestones, and epic parties. With that in mind, host Andy Cohen concluded Part 2 of the reunion by asking the cast members what they were going to miss about the season.
While Emily Simpson said "the fun, funny times," and newcomer Jennifer Pedranti noted, "I'm never gonna have another first experience like this ever again," Gina Kirschenheiter had a much more specific response.
After initially stating she was looking forward to moving past certain things rather than missing them, Gina quickly changed her answer after listening to Heather Dubrow share her thoughts about the group's "sisterhood."
Heather Dubrow's update on her next house
"I kind of take it back, because I will miss your house," Gina said to Heather as Tamra Judge laughed. To that, Heather declared, "I have news: There's a better one coming."
Given how incredible Heather and Terry Dubrow's former house was, we can't wait to see how they outdo themselves with their next abode.
In July, Heather revealed that she and Terry were building their next house. “BREAKING NEWS! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather captioned an Instagram post that leaned into a Barbie-related content trend at the time. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home (should take about 3 years…)”
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Heather added, “It’s so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic Hollywood estate,” she said.
Heather and Terry Dubrow sold their house for $55 million
As RHOC viewers saw this season, before buying their future home, Heather and Terry sold the house shown in the video above for $55 million.
“Heather and I have put our blood, sweat, and tears into this house,” Terry said during Season 17 Episode 13. “I used to feel like I wanted to be buried in the backyard. I never wanted to leave. I strangely feel like it’s not mine anymore, and I’m absolutely OK with it.”
“I just want to thank this house in 55 million different ways,” Terry added. “I’m gonna miss it very much.”
Heather and Terry Dubrow's Los Angeles Penthouse
The couple also purchased another new property shown during this season of RHOC: a Los Angeles penthouse. However, that's not meant to be the family's primary home.
“We didn’t actually move [to Century City], we bought a place there, and that’s supposed to be a place for me and Terry to live someday, like when the kids leave. So, there’s a little bit of a misconception here,” she told The Wrap in April. “We are actually still living in Orange County. Our kids go to school there. We’re still in Orange County.”
