We Just Found Out Who's Living in Ariana Madix & Tom Sandoval’s Old Apartment Now

When Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval purchased a $2 million home just around this time last year, the Vanderpump Rules couple left behind their old West Hollywood apartment that Tom had lived in for many years before he dated Ariana (and even before he dated Kristen Doute!).

Though Tom and Ariana hung onto the apartment for years because of its prime location and affordable rent, it had a number of quirks — like how the air conditioner and the microwave couldn't be used at the same time without clipping the power. And when they moved into their current place, “That was actually one of the first things we did. We turned the AC on and ran the microwave,” Tom revealed to Us Weekly.

Still, given that it is located right by Lisa Vanderpump's trio of West Hollywood hotspots (SUR, Pump, and Tom Tom, where Tom Sandoval is a partner), the apartment was definitely worth passing onto someone they know. So who ended up in their old place?

"My brother," Ariana told BravoTV.com. "And Tom still has some of his stuff there. When he has to go to Tom Tom, the garage, his bike. It’s got brand new carpets and the walls are all painted and it looks freakin’ awesome now. I was like, 'Damn, Jeremy. You got the hookup.'"
