How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

James Kennedy is sharing new details about the house he recently purchased. "I've been renting apartments in Los Angeles like, literally for 12 or 13 years," James shared on Peacock's Pumped Up edition of Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed. "Finally, James Kennedy has bought a house."

Although James and Ally Lewber have been living in a beautiful apartment for most of their relationship, Ally shared with James during the episode that she felt ready to start a new chapter in the next home together. "I'm kinda over it," she said, referencing the apartment in the video above. "I've been, like, saying goodbye to it for the past month. I've been like, 'I'm so grateful for you, bye.'"

James Kennedy and Ally Lewber have been living in a stunning apartment with a “massive” kitchencozy bedroom, and spacious balcony (watch the video above for a tour), but the Vanderpump Rules couple is now saying goodbye to the home for a very exciting reason.

James Kennedy Reveals He Bought a House

On Part 2 of Vanderpump Rules: Pumped Up EditionPeacock-exclusive version of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked, "I heard that the two of you just bought a house together?" and James clarified, “I actually just bought a house... James Kennedy’s a homeowner.”

After being congratulated by his castmates, James declared, “It’s been a dream; it’s been a long time coming.”

Details on James Kennedy’s New House

James shared that the property is “in the Valley” and went on to describe some of the notable features of the "really cute" house. “It’s a three-bedroom, like, little gray home,” he said. “It’s got a pool in the back. It’s got a dream studio.”

“Ally Bally is bringing the cats,” he continued, using his nickname for his girlfriend of more than a year. “We’re all gonna live together!”

Lisa Vanderpump was thrilled about the news, telling James, “I love to see that.”

While we wait to see more of James and Ally’s new home, you can watch the video above for a tour of the apartment they lived in for the majority of their relationship. Much of the space, including their bedroom, was decorated in a neutral palette. “We went to Tulum this year and were absolutely obsessed with the vibe,” James explained in the clip as he and Ally showed their room decorated with wood furniture, plenty of plants, and decor following a primarily beige, brown, and white color scheme.

While the apartment had many amazing areas, like their “magic” balcony and chic living room, Ally’s “favorite” was her walk-in closet. “It’s organized,” she explained in the video. “I love it.”

Although it seems James has upgraded to a better home studio in his new house, the DJ previously used the apartment’s second bedroom as his space to create music. As he played a sample of a track he was working on in the clip above, he quipped, “If you’re asking do my neighbors mind, yes, they certainly do.”
