Julia Lemigova

Julia Lemigova is a former Russian beauty queen crowned Miss USSR in 1990. Shortly after she relocated to London to join Storm Models. In 1991 she was the second runner-up in the Miss Universe Pageant in Las Vegas. She continued her career as an international fashion model until 2005.  
  
Julia’s modelling took her all over the world, where she worked for brands such as Giorgio Armani, Jill Sander, Nina Ricci and Ungaro, Wella. 
  
Being partially French, her heart was always in Paris where she lived for more than 20 years. She studied at the American University of Paris before going on to create the successful spa and skin care brand Russie Blanche. 
  
During these years she started a family and had two daughters, Victoria and Emm. She also met her wife, the former Grand Slam tennis champion Martina Navratilova. In 2014 they got engaged at the U.S. Open and were married the following year in New York.
  
Today, Julia has gone back to her fashion roots and joined Select Models Miami. She’s a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and, alongside Martina, is the first LGBTQIA+ couple appearing on the Bravo franchise.
  
When not working in fashion or television, Julia escapes to her farm, which is a mixture of all the areas of her life woven together. It’s a place for healing and inspiration as the animals and the lifestyle are her sanctuary.  
  
Julia has also appeared on many TV shows outside of the U.S., mainly in the UK, including most recently “Piers Morgan Uncensored” and “Good Morning Britain.”
