Most recently, the Southern Charm-er took to social media to show fans a glimpse of her prepping dinner for her husband, Brett Randle, and her son, Hudson. And by the looks of the seemingly simple recipe, you better believe we took some notes to re-create the dish ourselves.

Madison LeCroy’s “Last Minute” Dinner Recipe

“Alright, so we’re going to make dinner,” Madison said in her August 13 TikTok video before showing her followers the prepackaged “pork tenderloin” she planned to cook, along with a prepacked Caesar salad. She noted that the meat was already seasoned with “garlic [and] teriyaki” courtesy of the grocery store.

The idea for the quick-fix dinner came to Madison after having a busy day. “We had just finished working on the house, so this is kind of like a last-minute thing,” she said in the clip.

Now on to the actual preparation of the protein: Madison shared that the seasoning on the meat is “pretty good,” but she prefers to “add some stuff” to improve the taste. She decided to add some truffle oil (a first for her) plus salt and pepper before letting the tenderloin bake in the oven at 375°F for “30 or so minutes.”

Next up on Madison’s agenda was to prepare the Fresh Express Caesar Salad Kit, and in the process, she decided to munch on her “favorite little snack” of mini cucumber poppers.

After adding the salad mix to a serving bowl, Madison topped the greens with croutons and Parmesan cheese. “Don’t come at me for doing a Caesar salad kit. Like I said, we had a crazy day,” she joked.

In the spirit of her family’s quick and easy dinner, the blonde beauty also whipped up some instant mashed potatoes.

Madison LeCroy’s son, Hudson, shares his Shirley Temple recipe

When Madison had some downtime in the kitchen, she turned the camera on her son, Hudson, who happened to be making himself a refreshing Shirley Temple.

“Are you going to tell them?” Madison asked her son.

“What?” he responded while stirring his drink.

Madison and Hudson hugging and smiling together.

“How to make it,” she said, before he shared the list of items needed to make the mocktail: grenadine, maraschino cherries, and Sprite.

As for Madison’s drink of choice? Well, that would be Maison Barboulot Cabernet Syrah, which was gifted to her by a fellow parent. “I’m about to, like, drink that to the face,” Madison comically revealed.

After dinner was fully prepared, Madison gave a look at the final product, which looked delicious, also showing off their exquisite candlelit table setting. The marble dining table was decorated beautifully with green and beige placemats, white porcelain plates, and tall stemmed wineglasses.

“So here we are and it looks pretty good,” Madison said of the meal she had cooked, panning the camera to Hudson and Brett, who was slicing their entrée. “Not bad for, what, a 30-minute meal.”

“Not bad at all,” Brett confirmed.

When it was time for the big reveal of how everything tasted, Brett’s empty plate let his wife know that her meal was outstanding.
