Below Deck's Courtney Skippon Details Exactly What It Takes to Impress Her on a Date
The stew had a lackluster outing with Brian de Saint Pern in Season 7.
On Season 7 of Below Deck, Courtney Skippon and Brian de Saint Pern went on a date that left Courtney wanting... to go home. As she explained on the Below Deck After Show, Courtney admitted she was in a bad mood despite Brian's best efforts to show her a good time.
"I felt bad; it's not like it was Brian's fault that I was so exhausted," the third stew admitted. "And that's why I tried to make it quite clear that I was in a grumpy mood because I didn't want him to feel uncomfortable by my grumpiness."
In fact, it was external factors that affected the date: in addition to her exhaustion, Courtney's dress had fallen in the toilet and her hair was still wet by the time the two set out.
So what exactly does Courtney require to have a good time on a date? She explained on Twitter that she's a simple girl... really. "For those asking what it takes to impress me: a photo from the best date I’ve ever been on. We paddleboarded out here w rosé [and] spent the day relaxing; chatting if it felt right, enjoying the silence if it didn’t. Neither had expectations for the other. The bottle of wine cost €3," she wrote, alongside a photo featuring a gorgeous water view.
"And here are two photos from the worst date I’ve ever been on," Courtney wrote, posting two photos from a date she went on in France. That's good news for Brian: he was not the worst date she's ever had!
