Lala Kent Weighs in on Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's Financial Issues

As Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix continue to navigate sharing a home and finances despite the fact that they're very much not together anymore, their Vanderpump Rules castmates are weighing in with their thoughts about the ongoing arrangement. 

Lala Kent was chief among those to give her take on the February 6 episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show. See what she, Scheana Shay, and James Kennedy had to say by scrolling below. 

Lala Kent's Thoughts on Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's Finances and Shared Home

Once the topic of Ariana and Tom's shared Valley Village house came up on the Vanderpump Rules After Show — more specifically, their refusal to move out — James dubbed the situation "complicated." 

Lala's response? "It ain't that complicated."

Scheana agreed and used Lala's previous relationship as an example, noting, "Lala was in a situation where she got out the next day with a baby."

James then argued that Tom and Ariana's situation is different because they both own the house, but Lala retorted, "You move out of the house, you don't forfeit the home because you decided to move out. [Ariana] doesn't lose the home because she decided to move out. That's not how it works."

"Tom Sandoval is not gonna leave," Lala added. "[Ariana] doesn't have to, but don't say you're not leaving 'cause you can't afford it."

Ariana Madix's Response to Lala Kent About Her and Tom Sandoval's Finances and House

Ariana, however, sees things differently. Discussing her and Tom's home on the same episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, she said, "This is a very large investment that I've made that I saved essentially my entire adult life for."

Plus, there's "Los Angeles rent" to consider, Ariana added. "I don't know what kind of money Lala thinks I have, but it's not really an option."

Lala, for her part, concluded the conversation by noting that she simply wants to see Ariana "be in a good headspace." 

"And she is, but a good headspace also means that you get to go home and that's your safest space to regroup and revive yourself from everything that she's been doing," Lala said. "And you come home to a place that has his energy and his stuff or his dirty dishes, and I just wanted to know why. And every time I asked that question, it was like, 'How dare you.'"
