Lindsay Hubbard and Austen Kroll Have Reconnected: Find Out What They Revealed at BravoCon
The Summer House cast member and Southern Charm-er confirmed they recently met up in New York City.
Lindsay Hubbard and Austen Kroll’s relationship is no longer on ice.
The former flames shared the news during BravoCon 2023, shortly after they reconnected in the Big Apple. Lindsay touched on the reunion during the “Charming House Rules” episode of BravoCon Live with Andy Cohen, where she was also pressed about her split from her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke.
“Lindsay, I have to ask if you’ve reconnected with Austen since ending your engagement with Carl,” Andy said to the Summer House cast member.
“Austen and I did catch up recently in New York when he was in town,” she confirmed. “It was a friendly catchup — just friends. We are not in that realm anymore. That’s very far in the past. But, yeah, it was just a friendly catchup.”

The Bravolebrities reportedly met in 2017, the same year as Summer House’s inaugural season and Austen’s official debut on Southern Charm. They went on to share the screen during Winter House Season 1 (2021), in which Lindsay proclaimed her love for Austen. However, the Southern Charm-er ultimately pursued a romance with his Winter House castmate Ciara Miller.
The love triangle was addressed during an October 2021 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, when Austen picked Ciara over Lindsay in a game called “Pick Your Winter Spouse!” Lindsay, who was in the WWHL audience at the time, later described the moment as “very humiliating” and revealed she had blocked Austen on social media.

But it's clear the two have let bygones be bygones, as Austen also confirmed the recent reunion during a BravoCon red-carpet interview with Us magazine.
“I did see her in New York, yes,” he said, “You know what? We haven’t spoken and had a chance to talk in so long. And part of it is because … that’s growth. And she found Carl and she was going down that [path] and I needed to go down my own path, which it just made [sense] for us to not talk there for a while. And then she reached out and asked if I was coming to New York. So it was nice to meet up with her. It was nice to talk.”
Austen echoed Lindsay’s BravoCon comments, insisting their meetup was strictly platonic.
“I think that we’re gonna kind of begin this new sort of friendship, where it’s boundaries, and the keyword, though, is ‘friendship,’” he explained. “And that’s what I want to keep it to. And I’m sure that with everything that she has going on, she feels the same way.”
