Olivia's first photo was that of a special intentions card from St. Patrick's Cathedral, where a mass was offered in Conner's name. Olivia Flowers Reflects on the Passing of Her Brother, Conner

Olivia previously opened up about Conner's death when she sat down for an emotional interview with Vanderpump RulesScheana Shay for an April 2023 episode of her Scheananigans podcast. "It's been rough," Olivia said. "My world just feels like it's completely upside down at the moment."

She's also shared several touching tribute posts for her brother over the course of the past year, one of which read: "What a blessing it has been to be the sister of such a beautiful, tender-hearted soul with the soft-spoken voice to match. He led every interaction with that big heart of his. Catching everyone’s eye with his fashion sense. I don’t know what this life will be without you. It’s always been you and me. I can only hope I continue to be known forever as 'Conner’s little sister' the three of us will keep looking up at you."
