There’s a New Twist in Lisa Hochstein’s Relationship Drama: “This Is No Excuse”

Just when you thought The Real Housewives of Miami cast had already brought the heat, they manage to turn up the temperature even more. 

For proof, look no further than the just-released midseason trailer. In it, Alexia Nepola, Larsa Pippen, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Lisa Hochstein, and Dr. Nicole Martin, as well as friends Marysol Patton, Adriana De Moura, and Kiki Barth, can all be seen having their fair share of intense moments. Some are more unexpected than others, but as part of what’s perhaps the most shocking, longtime BFFs Alexia, Marysol, and Adriana get into it after an apparent falling-out. There’s talk of dating married men and exes who were “never in love,” and by the end of the Season 5 sneak peek, Alexia can be seen telling Adriana, “You’re a fake bitch. You deserve all of what you have because you’re a bad person.”

Nicole also has issues with one of her castmates. “Larsa is an arsonist!” she says. “I could lose my f--king job for that dumbass accusation. Being a young Latina and pretty, do you know how many prejudices, stereotypes, and judgments you have to overcome?”

Then, of course, there’s Lisa’s ongoing troubles with her husband, Dr. Lenny Hochstein. (They’ve since split.) One particularly difficult conversation about their relationship is shown in the midseason trailer, but it’s not between Lisa and Lenny. Instead, Lisa can be seen talking to his mother.
