Paris Hilton Stomped on Her Own Birthday Cake, and the Photos Are Amazing
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills niece gave the term "smash cake" a brand new meaning.
We were a bit dubious about the whole smash-cakes-for-adults craze that went on last year. But, if you must smash your own birthday cake past the age of 1, consider putting a glam spin on it like Paris Hilton did — though we're not sure if she did it on purpose. Here's what went down:
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills niece celebrates her birthday on February 17. But if you know anything about Paris, it's that she likes being a little extra — so why not have an extra birthday bash?
At a gathering held in Manhattan on February 13, Paris' sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild brought her a gorgeous, heart-shaped cake with quilted icing. Luckily, guests such as Olympia of Greece and Nicky herself captured what happened next on Instagram Stories.
In the photos, we see Paris dressed like a human disco ball, and dancing atop a table. When the cake was presented to her, she laid down beside it to strike a pose, then got up again and kept dancing... 'til her heel landed right in the pink-frosted dessert. Whoops! Or did Paris mean the stomp as a little added birthday flourish?

Either way, it looks like the birthday girl was having a blast. But since Paris still has her actual birthday coming up, might we suggest someone get her a cake that comes with a hammer? It leaves much less mess on stiletto heels.
