In case you missed it, Ramona Singer is looking better than ever. The Real Housewives of New York City beauty has been making some rather substantial changes in her life as of late including, but not limited to, saying goodbye to her Upper East Side condo, improving her smile, and launching her skincare brand, Ageless by Ramona.
The New York skincare pro has spent the first part of the summer stunning everywhere she goes from Manhattan to the Hamptons in a slew of stylish bikinis and skin-baring dresses. So how does Ramona keep her figure looking so fit with such a hectic life? Well, it turns out she has changed up her fitness routine as well and it is paying off big time. In an interview with Us Weekly, Ramona dished on her new workout regimen as well as her newfound love for — of all things — vodka. Now that is a lifestyle shift we can get behind.
“I’ve just been doing a lot of combination," she explained. "So I’ve been doing exhale which is all about core fusion. I do free weights. I do core training,” the blonde beauty explained. “I do tennis and I run intermittently. I run for a mile on the treadmill and it’s working — and vodka. I’m not drinking so much wine anymore. I love my wine, don’t get me wrong. I still drink the wine. But I started with vodka unless someone is going to order like a really good bottle of wine, I’m not going to drink that wine by the glass anymore for $15 or $20. I’m not wasting my calories on that. And I don’t eat dessert! I eat healthy. You are what you eat.”
So true, Ramona, so true. As far as her beauty upkeep is concerned, Ramona keeps things pretty simple, but effective. “Ageless by Ramona, that’s the only product I use on my face. That definitely changed my skin. I drink lots of water and I get like ten hours of sleep every night.” Noted.
