After recovering from COVID-19, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is motivated and ready to restart her fitness and healthy living journey.
Like all of us, Shannon Storms Beador is adjusting to life amid a global pandemic. Though the Real Housewives of Orange County mom is now COVID negative after testing positive in July, she is still battling with keeping up her healthy lifestyle during self-isolation. (Same, Shannon, same.) But, in a recent Instagram Story, Shannon shared that she is committed to getting back to her fitness goals even during this uncertain time.
"I'm not going to lie. It's not easy," Shannon confessed in the sunny video as she embarked on a long walk near her home. "When this pandemic started, I was so overrun by fear and I put on my COVID 16," she said referencing the common weight gain during the worldwide coronavirus pandemic. "But I am READY!" Shannon exclaimed.
"I'm a healthy person and I don't even know what happened to me when this pandemic started," Shannon continued, and we've never felt more seen. "Because, I really just let everything go. So when I get back from Waco... I'm going to post every day on my Instagram Stories what I'm doing and what I'm eating. Because I've done it once and I'm getting back there."
