When in North Carolina, you've got to try a shrimp boil. Though the seafood feast isn't quite as common in Vicki Gunvalson's neck of the woods, her daughter and son-in-law Briana and Ryan Culberson made sure that The Real Housewives of Orange County mother experienced the Southern rite of passage when she came to visit them in North Carolina.
In her Instagram Stories, Vicki shared that she was about to experience her first shrimp boil at Ryan and Briana's home. Indeed, Ryan had prepared all the fixings, from the corn to the sausage and the seafood. He then poured the steaming contents of the boil out onto the tabletop, the way it should be done.
Best of all, it looks like this dinner complies with Ryan and Briana's Keto Diet lifestyle. Well, mostly. Though corn should be eaten in limited amounts if you're rigid about following the low-carb eating plan, fish and sausage are A-OK.
