Scheana Shay Had “a Thing with a Girl” Before Dating Brock: "I Hurt Her”

"We were kind of exploring and seeing if we were gonna take it further," Scheana said. "But then I met Brock so I never was able to fully explore that relationship.”

Every married couple observes certain limits. Vanderpump RulesScheana Shay revealed that for her personally that means “there is no more kissing girls.”

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

She no longer smooches ladies “out of respect” for her relationship with her husband, Brock Davies, she said during a chat alongside Kristen Doute on Vanderpump Rules After Show.

You’ll recall that Scheana and Brock secretly tied the knot in 2021 because of his residency status and then exchanged vows all over again a year later in a lavish ceremony. Since they said “I do,” Scheana has adopted an “I don’t” kiss other ladies policy.

Scheana admitted that she and Ariana Madix have smooched, while discussing friends she's kissed in the past.

“We’ve had a few moments. She’s a good kisser. She’s hot as f-ck,” Scheana said. “Now in my relationship with Brock that is like a big no-no. He's not cool with that whatsoever.”

Asked to expand, Scheana said that “it just really bothers him. It’s a trigger from a past relationship. When I met Brock I was kind of in a thing with a girl and he knew that. So I think our relationship starting out that way …”

Kristen was aware of Scheana’s past. “It’s so long ago," she said.

Scheana Shay and Brock Davies laugh and embrace each other in front of a step and repeat.

“I know,” said Scheana. “But he was there watching her and I at her birthday party make out. Then Brock and I started dating and I had to completely cut her off and I hurt her.”

Scheana said that she and the other woman “were also friends. But we were kind of exploring and seeing if we were gonna take it further. But then I met Brock so I never was able to fully explore that relationship.”

Following that situation, Scheana said that “there were a few drunken kisses with Ariana and he was like, ‘OK, look, if they add value to your life … maybe.’ But I knew it still made him uncomfortable.”

Eventually push came to shove — and Scheana got an unspoken look from Brock that translated to a cease-and-desist request following her encounter with Dayna Kathan.

“Dayna and I kissed at Coachella last year and that's where he's like, ‘I'm drawing the f-cking line. Never do that again.’”

Sheana recalled that she and Dayna were “having a moment. We were feeling it and she kissed me,” she said. “I let it go for maybe a second too long and I saw the look on his face after and I was, like, noted, got it.”

What does Brock think of Scheana's dating past?

Brock, seated with James Kennedy, addressed baggage and history people bring into a relationship in an After Show chat.

“We all have a highlight reel of our past and that's hers and I have mine,” said Brock. “We met and since then that's what kind of matters. The annoying thing is when the past keeps lingering around … the Max and the Rob.”

Brock took an introspective take on exes and other blasts from the past.

“Look, I’ll be a man enough to … live my life without being bothered by you,” he said.

To keep up with all of the relationships, Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
