Here’s Why Lisa Doesn’t Think It’s “Strange” That Ariana & Tom Still Live Together
Lisa Vanderpump shared her perspective on Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s post-breakup living arrangement.
Since they broke up in March, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have continued living together in their Valley Village home (see it in the video above).
“He’s been staying in the guest room, and I avoid run-ins at all costs,” Ariana explained on Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion during her one-on-one sit-down with host Andy Cohen. “We have people running interference and go-betweens to prevent that.”
In a May 24 interview with the Los Angeles Times, Ariana explained why she wasn't staying in an Airbnb for the time being. “I can’t afford to do that. I pay a hefty mortgage. We are 50/50 on that,” she said. “And I’m not going to shell out more money because of someone else’s sh-t. And I have my dog and my cat, and I’m not gonna leave them there by themselves.”
Although some Vanderpump Rules viewers have continued to chime in on social media about Ariana and Tom’s current living arrangement, Lisa Vanderpump doesn’t find it to be all that surprising.

On Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed, which aired on June 14, Lisa shared her perspective on Tom and Ariana’s current arrangement. “Everybody thinks it’s so strange that Ariana and Sandoval are living together post-breakup,” she said. “But Katie [Maloney] and [Tom] Schwartz did it first!”
Indeed, after Katie and Schwartz announced their divorce in March 2022, they continued to live together until June of that same year, when they said goodbye to their shared house.

Although Ariana and Tom are still currently cohabitating, she explained on the May 17 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, “My plan is to sell the house. I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible, and I want to move on.”
