Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules took a dramatic turn amid Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s shocking split. After news spread that the longtime couple had gone their separate ways — and the alleged details of the split came out (more on that below) — the cast members have plenty to say about what’s going down.

How to Watch

Amid the Tom and Ariana revelations, Season 10 filming has resumed, and the cast members are spilling all their thoughts in one-on-one interviews. When it was Scheana Shay’s turn to weigh in, she wore a fittingly dramatic look for the occasion.

For her interview style, the podcast host opted for a silky teal dress with an eye-catching split neckline. The dress had pleated shoulders and long sleeves that led down to Scheana’s light pink manicure.

She wore sparkling bow earrings, her gold nameplate necklace, and a fresh-faced beauty look that centered on flushed cheeks and glossy pink lips. She wore fluttering lashes and slicked back her long, wavy brown hair.

News broke on Friday, March 3, that Tom and Ariana are going their separate ways after nearly a decade together. Tom first released a statement on Saturday, March 4, with regard to his role in the split amid rumors of an affair.

“Hey, I fully understand and deserve [your] anger [and] disappointment towards me, but please leave [Tom] Schwartz, my friends, and family out of this situation,” the statement began. “Schwartz specifically only found out about this very recently, and most definitely did not condone my actions. This was a very personal thing.”

On March 7, Tom issued another statement on Instagram. The new statement came amid continued rumors that Tom cheated on Ariana, and that’s what ultimately led to the demise of their nine-year relationship.

“I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I’ve hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana,” Tom began the statement. “I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”

“I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us,” he continued. “I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”

Looking back on their relationship, Tom said his “love for Ariana” was “stronger” than the Vanderpump Rules cameras “could ever have captured.”

“Some of our best times together were never filmed. The same goes for some of our biggest struggles,” he added. “I wish things happened in a different order and our relationship was not severely tarnished, and that it ended with the same respect for her that it began with. I owed Ariana better.”

Scheana was among those to show their support for Ariana shortly after the news broke. “Always got your back!” Scheana captioned an Instagram photo of herself and her longtime friend from a previous WWHL appearance, adding a “Team Ariana” hashtag.

Andy Cohen has since confirmed that Vanderpump Rules has resumed filming. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host shared that filming on the Bravo show has resumed during an episode of his SiriusXM show, Radio Andy, this week.

“You may have heard rumors that the cameras were up over the weekend — yes, the cameras were up,” he said (via E! News). “The cameras have been up on everyone, getting reactions and filming, so you will see this play out in a sense this season of Vanderpump Rules, before the reunion.”
