Andy Cohen Reveals the Most Expensive Real Housewives' Homes
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host is breaking down whose houses are the most expensive.
Andy Cohen is spilling the real estate tea in 2020, and to say we’re here for it would be an understatement.
We already knew which Real Housewives’ homes Andy thinks are the nicest (that award goes to Bethenny Frankel’s Soho apartment and Hamptons home, Luann de Lesseps’ Sag Harbor cottage, and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave’s ultra-modern Los Angeles home). But during a recent Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen episode, Andy and The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Margaret Josephs played "Real Housewives Estate," a game where Margaret had to determine which Housewives' homes were the most expensive in side-by-side comparisons. “While Jennifer may throw her kids massive pool parties with ice cream trucks to guarantee they have a fun birthday, her primary source of joy seems to be appraising real estate, so I thought I’d offer my guests the same pleasure,” Andy explained.
Here’s what was revealed — all based on estimates from real estate websites, according to Andy:
- Kyle Richards' $8.25 million Encino home is more expensive than Dorit Kemsley’s still-on-the-market former Beverly Hills home that is priced at $6.565 million.
- Kandi Burruss’ $1.07 million four-bedroom Atlanta home is more expensive than Cynthia Bailey’s six-bedroom suburban Atlanta home priced at $940,000.
- Monique Samuels’ 8.5-bedroom in Potomac, Maryland is priced at $4.75 million, making it more expensive than Jennifer Aydin’s $1.075 million nine-bedroom home in Paramus, New Jersey “by a mile,” said Andy.
- Melissa Gorga’s $2.58 million six-bedroom in Montville, New Jersey is pricier than Nene Leakes’ six-bedroom in Duluth, Georgia that comes in at $2.18 million.
- Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave’s $4.07 million five-bedroom house in Los Angeles trumps Tamra Judge’s five-bedroom house in Coto de Caza, which cost $2.025 million.
- Ramona Singer’s $6.65 million six-bedroom Hamptons house is pricier than Porsha Williams’ five-bedroom Duluth, Georgia home that is estimated at $1.15 million.
- Gizelle Bryant’s $900,000 fixer-upper in Bethesda costs more than Candiace Dillard Bassett’s two-bedroom condo in Maryland, that is priced at $693,000.
Now that’s quite an update. Thanks for all the real estate tea, Andy!
