The Vanderpump Rules cast member has been spending time in NYC starring in Chicago on Broadway and we have snapshots from her time in the show.
When she's not busy hustling with Katie Maloney to open up their Something About Her sandwich shop and sharing her life on Vanderpunp Rules, among her many other projects, Ariana Madix can be seen taking the stage as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. After all, her performance in the show has been described to The Daily Dish as "electric" by theatergoers.
The role is a culmination of a lifelong dream for Ariana, who previously lived in NYC before her VPR days, to grace the stage. "It [my performing career] wasn't getting anywhere so I moved to L.A. to try to make a name for myself, with hopes of coming back one day and doing it. 20 years later, here we are," Ariana shared during a December appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Ariana shared a similar sentiment in an interview with Broadway Direct that appearing in Chicago has been a major life milestone for her. "You never know where life is going to take you, especially in an industry where you work and hustle behind the scenes," she said. "This is the standout forever."

Back on opening night in January, Ariana also felt the love and support of those closest to her when they stopped by the theater to see her in action.
Lala Kent and Scheana Shay caught Ariana in the act. Of course, her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, has also seen her take the stage at Roxie. As was Vanderpump Rules alum, Dayna Kathan, who also didn't miss the chance to see Ariana in the show.
Fans have also scooped up tickets to the show to see Ariana as Roxie before her time in the show wraps up in April. And it's clear from this photo taken outside the theater, they are excited.
