Lisa Vanderpump Is "Hard at Work" as She Offers a Status Update on Wolf Restaurant
The Vanderpump Rules boss is this close to opening her latest restaurant in Lake Tahoe.
If there is anything that Lisa Vanderpump knows, it's restaurants.
The Vanderpump Rules boss and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years alongside her husband, Ken Todd. Together, they have opened well-known restaurants like Los Angeles-based hotspots Villa Blanca, SUR, and TomTom; in addition to, more recently, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and Vanderpump á Paris located in Las Vegas.
Now, Lisa is so close to opening her first Lake Tahoe restaurant, Wolf by Vanderpump, located in the Harvey's Lake Tahoe hotel and casino in Stateline, Nevada. It's just a matter of time before diners are ready to "let the wolf out." And in the meantime, she's sharing a progress update on how construction is coming along.

LVP offers a status update on construction on Wolf by Vanderpump
Lisa took to Instagram earlier this week, where she shared a video of her and the restaurant's designer, Nick Alain, riding on the back of a dolly throughout the restaurant, taking a break from getting the restaurant opened.
"Lisa Vanderpump and Nick Alain are 'hard at work' to make sure you can visit Wolf by Vanderpump soon," the caption read. "Who's excited?"
In fact, Lisa previously offered up some details to get future patrons excited. "The food will be decadent, the cocktails will be both earthy and Instagrammable, and the entire experience is something we are thrilled to bring to Lake Tahoe," Lisa said in a press release announcing the restaurant in June 2023. "Wolf has additional meaning as it is a family name and the middle name of my grandson, Teddy."
When does Lisa Vanderpump's Wolf restaurant open?
Although a grand opening date has not been announced, eager patrons will have to keep up with the restaurant on Instagram for more updates, because this is one experience people won't want to miss out on.
Lisa Vanderpump Explains Closing PUMP
The opening of Wolf comes on the heels of the closing of Lisa's beloved restaurants, Villa Blanca, which closed in 2020, and Pump Restaurant and Lounge, whose closing was documented in VPR Season 11 Episode 2. Lisa threw one last party at Pump to give it a proper goodbye, reflecting on all of the good times that they had there.
"After 10 years, we've decided to close Pump," Lisa said in a confessional during the episode. "It's bittersweet but the rent's going up, and it's going to be exponentially more expensive, and Ken's looking to retire. If we take it on for another 10 years, that means Ken will be stomping the pavements of West Hollywood when he'll be in his 80s."
"I'd be in my 40s," she joked. "That is way too old."
