Gretchen Rossi celebrated her wildly lavish baby shower on May 19. In addition to copious pink decor inspo for days, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum also had at her shower enough food for a well-heeled army. There was a legendary grazing table, a dessert spread that looked almost like fine art, and a seven-tier cake that was almost too pretty to eat. In fact — it may have been literally too pretty to eat!

Come with us as we try to unravel a mystery: In the evening on May 28, Gretchen shared to her Instagram Stories several video clips as she walked around her home, both indoors and out. She was nominally showing off the overwhelming haul of gifts (and related boxes) she and dad-to-be Slade Smiley received for baby Skylar Gray on the way. But on her coffee table, alongside a present wrapped with pink ribbon, we couldn't help but notice...
